Q:I run a radio station here in Japan can you give me any info or pointers on how to make it as successful as yours and can you tell me how you stay so long in the top 3 on the rating sites? from Nek,Osaka.
A:Thanks Nek for the compliments its alot of hard work and there is no getting around that.You have to create your own niche within a niche.
Look at things from a perspective listener not as a station owner.
Stick with what your going to do even if its classical music.Don't give up and don't be intimidated by others.
With that said follow three key rules as a broadcaster and radio station.
1. Make sure your legal do not try to work around this or you risk being heavily fined and all your hard work will be for nothing.Its not fair to the listeners or the artists you play?
Make sure once you are, mention it with a banner or cross link between you and them so you come up as being trusted.
2. Keep your Website from having alot of banners (3 or 8) and or text as search engines now see this like your trying to get visitors a wrongful way and you will be penalized.
3.Make sure you have a good and dependable server for your stream try to keep it high quality too.
Love what you do and be patient all the time.

New music takes a different turn

New music keeps changing and opening up doors for new artists?
I find by mixing them and playing them frequently daily helps keep the audience fresh ,revived and interested.
What do you think of new music and how can work with todays music?

Do bands today have the same heart that older ones did?

You will probably floored by my answer but the answer is yes.
I feel that way because a poor economy brings out the musician struggling,creating great songs and really soulful music coming from the heart and life experiences.

Life imitates art and vice versa.

The complicated ones make music a hard to listen enviroment.
